Packaging, Shipping & Delivery

Every artwork is carefully packaged with close attention to protection, presentation, and safe transit.

Packaging, handling, insurance, and delivery charges are separate from the artwork price and are to be borne by the buyer.

Shipping and packaging costs may vary depending on the type of artwork, dimensions, weight, volumetric size, fragility, packaging requirements, destination, and courier service availability. Different artworks may require different methods of packing and transportation, and the final charges will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Packaging

Artworks are securely packed using protective materials suitable for domestic and international shipping. Packaging methods may vary depending on the size, medium, and fragility of the artwork.

Paper sculptures are delicate and fragile in nature. To ensure maximum protection during handling and transportation, paper sculptures are packed in transparent acrylic boxes designed specifically for safe display and transit.

Natural medium stone pigment artworks are created on canvas boards and are shipped flat to maintain the integrity and surface quality of the work. Due to the weight, dimensions, and volumetric packaging requirements of flat shipments, shipping costs for these works may vary accordingly.

Rolled Canvas Shipping
​
To reduce shipping costs and minimize the risk of damage during transit, selected canvas artworks may be shipped rolled in a protective tube. Rolled artworks are sent unstretched and unframed unless otherwise specified. The artwork can be professionally stretched or framed after delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country, state, city, artwork dimensions, weight, volumetric size, packaging requirements, and courier service availability. Final shipping costs will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery Timeline

Insurance

Where applicable, shipments may include transit insurance for protection against loss or damage during shipping. In the event of visible damage upon delivery, the recipient is requested to notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs of both the packaging and artwork for documentation purposes.
